Consistent quality, fast shipping

Another great experience. I ordered a custom garden flag this time, and like my previous custom coffee mug, the personalization was spot on. Shipped fast, arrived two days earlier than the tracking said. Always reliable.

Good custom ornament, slow proofing

I ordered a personalized Christmas ornament. The quality of the ornament itself was quite nice, and the engraving was clear. However, the proofing process took a bit longer than I expected before it shipped out, which made me a little antsy. Delivery was fine after that, and customer service was helpful when I asked about the delay. Overall, good value for a custom item, but they could speed up the initial design approval.

Easy ordering, great blanket

I got a personalized baby blanket for my niece. The website was pretty straightforward for picking colors and adding the name. I was a little worried about how the name would look on the texture, but it turned out really well. I even called customer service to double-check the font size, and they were very polite and confirmed everything. Shipping took about a week, which was exactly what they quoted. It arrived well-packaged, and the blanket itself felt really soft. She loved it, and it was a unique gift. I'd definitely consider them again for something similar.

Good quality, minor shipping hiccup

I ordered a custom doormat and a personalized picture frame. The quality of both items was really good; the doormat was thick and the printing on the frame was clear, just like I designed. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, about a week and a half, though it did arrive intact. Customer service was quick to respond when I inquired about the tracking, which was a plus. Overall, pretty satisfied, but faster shipping would make it perfect.

Reliable choice for custom items

I've ordered from PersonalizedPlanet several times before, mainly for Christmas ornaments and engraved jewelry. This time I got a custom garden flag. Just like previous orders, the personalization was accurate and the material felt durable. They're consistently good with their quality control. Shipping usually takes about a week, which is what happened this time too. It's nice to know what to expect. They're a dependable place for custom gifts, always my go-to.

Detailed review of custom coffee mugs

I placed an order for three custom coffee mugs as gifts. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, allowing for easy customization of text and font choices. I appreciated the preview feature to ensure the design was exactly what I wanted. They shipped within their stated timeframe, about 5 business days, and arrived well-packaged in individual boxes, which was helpful since they were gifts. The mugs themselves are sturdy, with a good weight, and the printing feels durable, not like it will chip or fade quickly. I've washed mine a few times now and it's held up perfectly. I had a quick question about care instructions and their online chat support was responsive and helpful. Overall, a solid experience from start to finish. Good value for custom items.

Fast delivery, good quality.

Ordered a custom ornament. Arrived quickly, well-packaged. Quality was good, exactly as pictured. Happy with my purchase.

Great value for a personalized gift

This was my first time buying from Personalized Planet. I was looking for a unique gift without spending a fortune. I managed to get a personalized blanket during a 20% off sitewide sale, which made the price really attractive. Shipping was free because my order was over $50, so that was another saving. The blanket arrived a day or two earlier than expected. The quality for the price was excellent; it felt soft and the personalization was done very well. I felt like I got a really good deal on a special item. Definitely worth the purchase.
